The Role
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Conduct analysis to assess the impact of various scenarios on financial performance.
- Evaluate the financial feasibility of new projects and investments by conducting comprehensive cost-benefit analyses.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks.
- Provide insightful commentary and explanations to support financial reporting.
- Develop and manage detailed budgets for various departments and functions.
- Utilize data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights from financial data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor financial performance.
- CPA or CA qualification
- Prior experience in a commercial analyst or financial analyst, ideally in the a healthcare environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work
