Reporting directly into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounts payable. Your role duties will include:
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the accounts payable, including supplier payment management
- High volume processing of invoices daily
- Reconciliations of supplier accounts
- Handle queries with both internal and external stakeholders
- Setting up new vendors and suppliers
- Drive process improvements within the supplier payment processes
- Maintain master data eg. customers, suppliers and Purchase Orders
functions - Other ad hoc duties to support the team
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role, as well as the following attributes:
- Outstanding communication skills
- Previous experience within Accounts Payable
- Passion and experience in developing and executing strategies which improve business performance
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent communication
