Key Responsibilities
- Building and nurturing client relationships as you manage and expand existing Accounts
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and/or up-sell of products to clients
- Responding to inbound enquiry and generating your own leads
- Overseeing the full sales cycle, from introduction to closing sales/ implementing your strategies
- A bright and bubbly personality
- Minimum 3 years’ face-to-face customer service/ sales experience
- Tertiary qualification is preferred, but not essential
- Excellent professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience using online systems. Excel and/or Salesforce a bonus
