This position serves as the voice of our clients' brands. You will be responsible for handling consumer calls and correspondence, managing feedback, and providing vital support to the Sales team. This role will be Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all consumer calls and correspondence daily.
- Order processing and invoicing clients.
- Setting up new clients in the system.
- Create and deliver monthly contact reports from the database.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and administrative support to the Sales team.
- Serve as the first point of contact for consumers, ensuring a consistently positive experience.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Proven ability to resolve customer issues and deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in English; SAP experience is a plus.
