Key Responsibilities:
Roster Development
- Support teams in transitioning to NDIS Supported Independent Living rosters, ensuring compliance with DSEAV principles.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to draft efficient rosters based on staff input and operational needs.
- Recommend improvements based on insights to enhance resident support and workforce efficiency.
- Drive roster transitions to meet timelines and lead the review process.
- Coordinate and track feedback from Operations, maintaining records of decisions and approvals.
- Contribute to the NDIS Transition Roster Review team to resolve escalations.
- Deliver reports highlighting progress, risks, and trends to the Roster Project Lead.
- Foster positive collaboration and communication among team members.
- Engage colleagues in decision-making and escalate systemic issues as needed.
- Balance stakeholder demands and communicate transparently while treating others with respect.
- Experience in community and NFP organisations, particularly within the NDIS.
- Skilled in problem-solving conflicts in rostering while upholding equity and fairness.
- Relevant experience in developing multiple rosters for large-scale initiatives is highly regarded.
- Strong systems thinking and process improvement skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Exceptional time management and flexibility to adapt to various situations.
