Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care during pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond—think of yourself as the guide on this wild journey of parenthood.
- Educate parents-to-be with all the wisdom you’ve gathered (and maybe some fun facts about baby animals).
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that every birth is as smooth as possible—like butter on warm toast.
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Midwifery units
- Do you have the secret decoder rings?
- Valid FSEP Level 3? Check!
- Neonatal RESUS? Double check!
- PROMPT training? You bet! (We know these trainings cost an arm and a leg, but hey, you can’t put a price on saving lives!)
- And let’s not forget the golden ticket: AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife. Because what’s a superhero without their official badge?
