Position Description & Responsibilities
With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Reconciliations Officer to join their team. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the role will include but not be limited to the following:
- High volume of reconciliations
- Assisting with workers compensation reports
- Daily banking and allocations
- Setting up accounts on the system
- Proactive approach to working with internal stakeholders to resolve daily banking and/or reconciliation complexities
- Assist with reporting
- Providing support to the finance team where required
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by your Manager
Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have solid experience in a similar role with proven prior reconciliations experience. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, strong analytical skills and the drive to meet deadlines will see you succeed in this role. Experience using SAP is of additional benefit.
