Due to internal movements, a Receptionist who is skilled in customer service, is required for a period of 8 weeks.
This position is based in Mandurah, and has free onsite parking.
About the Role
As the face of our company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while managing the day-to-day operations of our front desk. Your role will include:
- Greeting clients with professionalism and warmth
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinating meetings and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
- Assisting with general administrative duties as needed
Key Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure
- A professional appearance and demeanor
