We’re seeking a skilled Purchasing Officer to manage procurement and inventory processes. The role involves:
- Purchasing and ensuring an adequate supply of items
- Improving and streamlining the purchasing system
- Raising and verifying purchase orders
- Ensuring adherence to purchasing policies and procedures
- Checking the quality and value of received goods
- Coordinating with Fleet and Bodyshop Supervisors for part requirements
- Communicating relevant information to workshops and bodyshops
- Evaluating suppliers and supply agreements
- Demonstrated procurement experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems and lean methodologies
