Role Overview:
As the Psychologist, you be either onsite or working with telehealth clients. Therefore, this role is suited to an individual who is looking for diversity in their role as well as work life balance. Your primary focus will be on early intervention, mental health support, and developing effective return-to-work strategies for employees experiencing mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one psychological support to employees facing mental health challenges.
- Develop and implement tailored psychological interventions, with an emphasis on work-related stress and mental health improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with employer clients to facilitate early return-to-work initiatives for affected employees.
- Manage a varied roster that may include day and night shifts across multiple locations.
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and quality service delivery without the pressure of KPIs.
