The Opportunity

Joining the head office based in Perth, you will be part of a trusted provider of services in the engineering and construction industry across Australia. The perfect person for this role will be a developer with a history of developing, maintaining and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Applications. 
You are senior in attitude, able to work autonomously and enjoy mentoring younger developers. You will work closely with the lead of the team to grow the capability of their off-the-shelf and in-house systems.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM Development
• Skilled in C# development 
• Good level of understanding of building Power Platform solutions
• Systems integration using API's or Logic Apps
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills 
• Experience in an Azure environment advantageous

Key focus areas include but are not limited to:

• Maintain, support, upgrade, and enhance within Dynamics CRM Platform, PowerApps applications, client portals, and business tools, including integrations.
• Collaborate with system architects and IT developers to design and implement effective solutions.
• Enhance existing solutions to improve system functionality.
• Engage with staff and vendors on system issues and changes.
• Resolve escalated issues, suggest upgrades, and maintain documentation
• Custom development in C#
• System integration
