Our client is a global leader within a rapidly growing industry.  They are currently looking for a Payroll System Specialist to join their high performing and supportive team.


The Role

Reporting to the Group Payroll Manager and working within a medium sized team, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing SuccessFactors Organizational structure new position creation and movements
  • Validation of the Org structure to ensure consistency and alignment
  • Actioning all reporting line changes, bulk changes in SuccessFactors
  • Responsible for SuccessFactors Organizational requirements for mobs and demobs
  • Responsible for UKG System import/export and issues resolution for both payrolls
  • Resolving errors, processing reports and completiing required validations
  • Running all off-cycle payments for both monthly and fortnightly payroll
  • Testing of SuccessFactors and SpinifexIT for H1 and H2 upgrade releases
  • Generating all business payroll reporting from SuccessFactors
  • Extracting and completing all data information requests from from Legacy SAP
  • Liaising with HR Finance, Operations etc regarding data provided in payroll reports
  • Generation validation and processing of 3rd party eg super payroll tax Portable LSL Workcover actuals/estimates salary packaging etc
  • STP submission to ATO each pay and manage with Management adjustments required

The successful applicant will have
  • Prior experience within a similar payroll system specialist or payroll implementation role using SuccessFactors (Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll) is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work in a team based environment
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise urgent work
  • Analytical skills and an ability to think outside the box
