This project involves leave balance recalculations. This position requires an analytical mind, a strong grasp of awards and EBAs, and a proactive approach to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing.

The responsibilities:
- Review and recalculate employee leave balances, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Interpret various awards and EBAs related to the shift-based workforce
- Verify contracts against awards to support payroll accuracy
- Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless transition to the new system they are moving to.
- Assist with other ad hoc payroll tasks
- Proven experience in calculating leave balances with attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and experience with award/EBA interpretation
- Ability to start immediately or on short notice
