About our client

Our client is a reputable business in a thriving industry. With team fit a big priority, the organisation boasts a supportive and high performing work culture with excellent opportunities for staff. Due to restructure, our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team based in Richmond on a permanent basis. 

The Role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager and working within a team, you will be responsible for:

• End to end payroll processing for 2,000+ employees
• Relevant EBA and Award interpretation
• Processing redundancies, terminations and onboarding 
• Provide high quality customer service through accurate information and support to stakeholder enquiries
• Reporting duties

  
The successful applicant will have

• Prior experience within a similar Payroll Officer position
• Experience with Workday or Ramco is highly advantageous 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work in a team-based environment
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise urgent work
• Analytical skills and an ability to think outside the box
