An open opportunity for a Payroll/HR Administrator to join a busy team on an ASAP start for a short-term project role they will be undertaking. It is a small, but busy team and you will be reporting into the Payroll Manager. They are seeking someone until Christmas time with an ASAP start.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with some payroll admin responsibilities
- Answering emails/queries
- Update employee masterfile
- Update employee records with new bank details
- Reply to emails in a polite manner and answer any relative project questions
- Maintain payroll system data integrity
- Previous experience in a Payroll/HR role
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Organised
- Friendly & Bubbly Attitude
- Excellent Written communication skills
