As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our organisation and interior design work. The role is central to forecasting and internal delivery of architectural This is a multifaceted role that requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Resource and support for project architects team leads
- Forecasting oversight and assistant to project architects/ designers for all live projects
- Invoice support to the team, overall oversight of invoicing targets and reporting to senior management team
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the office through improvement and implementation of best practice methods
- Work closely and assist projects architects/ team leads with project related administration and fee setting/ maintenance
- Ad hoc administration duties as requested
- Proven experience within operations and/or practice management (a design/ professional services environment will be highly regarded.)
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a calm and professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and part of the wider team
