In this role, you will oversee the deployment of tactical sales plans, analyse market trends, and drive the performance of your team to achieve growth targets. You will also collaborate with various departments to enhance service quality and maximise market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the deployment of tactical plans for products and services, setting targets and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Analyse market dynamics and recommend strategic partnerships to capitalise on growth opportunities.
  • Steer overall performance, including revenue, gross profit and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Distribution Team to optimise service coverage while minimising overlaps.
  • Coach and develop your sales team, providing clear direction, feedback, and career development support.
Skills & Experience
  • Passion & experience in managing a sales team, including developing and supporting team members.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, with a focus on customer value, revenue, and profitability.
  • Experience in designing and implementing sales programs and strategies.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems for maintaining & cultivating client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
