The National Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing key Pharmacy accounts, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Ensure brand, customer marketing plans and channel strategies are executed
- Lead and own the sales forecast
- Full P&L ownershiip
- JBP’s are developed with relevant customers with aligned sales growth targets and plans implemented to achieve targets
- 3- 5 years experience in a NAM/Key Account Manager role with prior exposure to the Grocery or Pharmacy channel
- Degree qualification highly desired
- Strong commercial mindset and analytical skills
- Excellent communicator, negotiator and influencer at all levels of the business
- Strategic thinker who can contribute to continual improvement of the business
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple tasks at once with effective prioritisation and attention to detail
