Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage warehouse operations across multiple sites, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and timely delivery of goods.
  • Lead and develop warehouse teams to ensure high performance and continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency.
  • Drive the implementation of Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DIFOT, inventory accuracy, and labor productivity, and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all warehouse locations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including procurement, transport, and customer service to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Develop and manage warehouse budgets, controlling costs while maintaining service excellence.
  • Lead strategic projects, including the implementation of automation and digitalization initiatives across warehouse sites.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing multi-site warehouse operations in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or 3PL environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on coaching, development, and driving high performance.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing 3PL providers, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Expertise in Lean, 5S, and Continuous Improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and technology solutions to streamline operations.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and control costs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, ideally within an FMCG or 3PL setting.
  • Advanced knowledge of WMS and MS Office Suite.
  • Proven track record of achieving KPI targets and driving process improvements.
