As a key member of the Marketing team, the Marketing Executive is responsible to ensure consistency with strategic business plan, delivery of visible marketing leadership to internal and external stakeholders & delivery of commercial targets.
Responsibilities:
- Act as contact for field staff requiring collateral for delegated brands and liaise with designers and printers to deliver good service in a timely manner.
- Act as contact for media buyer requiring advertising material for delegated brands and liaise with designers to deliver material correctly.
- Ensure all marketing material, including advertising and collateral, is briefed correctly, adheres to brand guidelines, meets technical requirements, follows agreed approval process, is submitted on time and is filed.
- Coordinate updating of pricing lists.
- Drives go-to-market strategy for product and services
- Monitor websites of delegrated brands and ensure they are kept up-to-date.
- Coordinate photoshoots for delegated brands as required.
- Manage the creation, maintenance and procurement of promotional items.
- Maintain records and processes to ensure marketing activity is trafficked and recorded correctly.
- Reports on campaign success metrics
- Ensure campaign delivery using an omni-channel approach
- Implementing marketing campaigns on time and to budget
- Managing external suppliers to deliver planned activity
- Serving internal stakeholders
- Processing invoices, creating purchase orders and maintaining financial records
