About the Role

This role is responsible for the build and execution of member and customer communications through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and enable greater marketing automation capability to achieve strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan, build, and deploy email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and manage integrated lifecycle journeys, focusing on lead generation, customer engagement, conversion, member retention, and business growth.
    • Maximize the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s features, including Journey Builder, A/B testing with Path Optimizer, Goals, and Einstein activities.
    • Experiment with Content Builder features such as dynamic content blocks and interactive email forms to enhance marketing strategies.
    • Build, test, and send post-event survey EDMs to event attendees.
  • Reporting & Data Insights:
    • Analyze member and customer behavior to adjust and target campaigns effectively.
    • Track, analyze, and report on email activity and conversion goals to optimize performance.
    • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to enhance content, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to data sources, list segmentation, and email/SMS execution.
    • Enhance personalization across emails, SMS, and Cloud Pages to boost member engagement.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to gather eDM briefs and curate content.
    • Manage the proof and approval process for EDM campaigns, ensuring positive feedback from stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
  • Degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Basic HTML knowledge with the ability to perform HTML and CSS editing.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud’s Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to continuously learn, develop, and apply new knowledge.
