Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Managing Advisor, People & Culture to join our dynamic team. This role will provide strategic and operational advisory services to senior management, enhancing our people and culture initiatives. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team and collaborate with various stakeholders to develop tailored solutions that align with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge influential partnerships with leaders to provide strategic advice and operational support.
- Lead the Advisory team, ensuring effective delivery of P&C services.
- Represent the P&C team at local and organisational forums.
- Manage workforce planning initiatives, including change management and employee relations matters.
- Provide guidance on complex workplace issues and facilitate resolutions.
- Develop and implement training and information sessions to foster shared learning.
- Proven experience in workforce planning and organisational change management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Extensive experience in managing complex employee relations matters.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, including the preparation of high-level reports.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related fields.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR management role..
- Knowledge of Victorian Public Sector processes and employee relations.
