Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial analysis and reporting to align with business and financial management plans.
- Oversee the development and implementation of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management, cost center managers, and external stakeholders to provide financial advice, cost evaluations, and ensure sound financial governance.
- Evaluate business cases, tenders, and funding proposals, and engage in negotiations to secure financial sustainability for the organization.
- Work alongside internal teams to foster financial literacy and drive improvements in financial systems and processes.

- Strong financial analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Experience in financial management with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail.
- Proven leadership ability to coach and guide team members and drive change.
- Solid knowledge of business management, including financial reporting and tender evaluation.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial software systems.
- High-level communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Australian work entitlement.
- Police Check and current Working with Children Check.
- COVID-19 Vaccination compliance in accordance with health regulations.
