About the role: My client is recruiting for a Management Accountant who loves working with numbers and collaborating with a dedicated team. You’ll be analysing financial data, preparing budgets, and providing valuable advice to operational managers, helping steer the organisation toward its goals.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing budgets, forecasts, and performance reports
• Working with managers to provide financial insights and advice
• Supporting strategic financial planning to drive the organisation forward
• Helping to streamline financial processes and improve policies
• Contributing to overall business goals through smart financial management

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in management or general accounting
• A keen interest in working for a purpose-driven organisation
• Great communication and analytical skills
• A team player with an eye for detail
• Experience with Power BI would be ideal
