You will play a crucial role in producing annual budgets, monthly forecasts and advising site management on initiatives to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce annual budgets and bi-annual forecasts.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and variances.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost analysis reports
- Analyse cost reduction opportunities and implement strategies to achieve savings
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. CPA or CA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant, preferably in a manufacturing or meat packing environment.
- Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in budget modelling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling software, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel as required.
