Position Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a talented Management Accountant to join a dynamic team. As the selected candidate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategies and contributing to the success and growth of this esteemed organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and analyze comprehensive financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including budgets, variance analysis, and forecasts.
- Support the establishment and monitoring of critical financial metrics and KPIs.
- Offer strategic insights derived from in-depth financial analysis to guide senior management decision-making processes.
- Conduct ongoing evaluation of financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure financial objectives are aligned with broader organizational goals.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports, tax planning, and compliance.
- CA or CPA qualified.
- Proven track record, 5 years experience in a similar role with a solid grasp of financial principles and practices.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial software, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems.
