Key responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery breakdowns in a timely manner.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
- Afternoon shift hours: 2.30pm - 10.30pm
- A relevant trade qualification as a Maintenance Fitter (Cert III minimum).
- Qualifications and licencing in electrical (highly regarded).
- Proven track record in food manufacturing or FMCG environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
