About the Role:
This firm is looking for a Licensed Conveyancer to work within their property team on a full time basis. You will be working closely with their lawyers and other licensed conveyancers to project manage a high volume of conveyancing work.
In this role you will be responsible for database management using their in-house platform and also PEXA. You will conduct property transactions specifically focusing on developments and other conveyancing matters, undertake searches and draft correspondence to various parties with minimal supervision and attend to the registration of dealings in PEXA.
You will have responsibilities and involvement in a wide range of areas, including:
- Off the plan Developments
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Partner, staff and key client residential conveyancing and;
- Dealing registration
- Have previous experience with managing large scale (multiple lot) developments for developers;
- Be front and centre with clients
- You will have an comprehensive understanding of PEXA and excel
- Be able to meet strict deadlines
- Be able to work under pressure
- Have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
