About the Role:
- Assist lawyers with the preparation, drafting and review of leasing documents, including leases, subleases, and amendments.
- Oversee the retail leasing function
- Maintain and organize files and records, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Liaise with clients, landlords, and tenants to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Provide administrative support as needed to enhance team efficiency
- Previous experience in retail leasing is essential
- Ideally you will have worked with larger scale clients
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
