As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial support to Operations.
- Analyse financial performance: Track and analyse key financial metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
 - Develop financial forecasts: Prepare accurate financial forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
 - Manage financial risk: Identify and mitigate financial risks, implement effective controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
 - Drive business growth: Collaborate with business leaders to develop strategies for growth, optimise profitability, and improve operational efficiency.
 - Provide financial advice: Offer expert financial advice and support on a wide range of business matters, including pricing, investments, and capital expenditure.
 - Conduct financial modelling: Develop financial models to assess the financial implications of various business scenarios, including new product launches, acquisitions, and cost-saving initiatives.
 - Provide business partnering support: Act as a strategic business partner, working closely with operational teams to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive value creation.
 
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
 - CA/CPA Qualified or working towards completion
 - Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a logistics or related industry.
 - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
 - A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
