What you will bring to the role
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance management, compensation and benefits and succession planning.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Proficiency in HR software and data analytics.
