About the role
As a Graduate Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience in structural design, product development, and manufacturing innovation. You will assist in testing, technical evaluations, and process improvements while working closely with experienced engineers to solve real-world challenges. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies in the building industry, providing a strong foundation for your engineering career. In return, you’ll receive structured training, mentorship, and career growth opportunities in a globally connected company with a supportive and collaborative work culture. There will be a 12 month rotation to provide you with exposure to a range of different parts of the business.
Requirements
- A degree in Structural, Mechanical, Mechatronic or Manufacturing Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and innovate
