A leading global consultancy is seeking a talented Geometrics & Cartography specialist to join its rapidly growing Spatial Practice team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and provide high-quality spatial solutions for clients in the Energy industry.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering expert cartography and spatial services. You will be responsible for designing, producing, and maintaining GIS data, delivering spatial analysis, and mapping outputs to support operational and project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality spatial analysis, mapping, and cartographic deliverables using GIS skills and new technologies.
- Maintain and update GIS datasets while ensuring quality control aligns with industry standards.
- Identify and implement improvements in geomatics processes and workflows.
- Foster positive working relationships with stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Proficiency with ESRI GIS software (minimum version latest minus two).
- Experience in ArcGIS Pro.
- Experience handling As-constructed and CAD
- Strong ability to create high-quality maps and design plans.
- Competence in developing process maps, standards, and procedures.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a strong commitment to safety and integrity.
- A degree in Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of ArcGIS Portal.
- Experience using FME and Model Builder.
