About the Position
Reporting to Chief Growth Officer and part of a newly created Growth Team, the General Manager - Infinite Studio will lead Aurizn’s Infinite Studio product and technical services business segment including having full P&L accountability for the division.
Infinite Studio is one of the world’s leading multi domain, multi spectrum scene generators. It is currently utilised by a number of Defence forces globally and is expanding to support Defence primes.
Infinite Studio can be used to support dynamic modelling and simulations across a range of complex scenarios, including:
- Spectrally-based sensor modelling, ranging from visible to long-wave IR
- Air, Land and Maritime environment visualisations
- Large scale image generation for Machine Learning applications
- Support for dynamic views and multiple viewpoints
As General Manager, you will be customer facing and service both domestic and international markets and drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships with global defence forces and defence industry partners. Furthermore, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans through the preparation and delivery of compelling software solution proposals and submission of bids and tenders to meet ambitious growth targets.
About the Person
We are seeking an ambitious professional who has significant leadership experience selling complex software solutions to defence forces and defence industry partners. You will have a strong track record of winning high value contracts and demonstrate the ability to foster lasting relationships in the defence sector.
In addition, you will understand the product development cycle in a highly technical environment and be able to navigate complex sales cycles with stakeholders including defence force leadership and procurement teams. An ability to manage and negotiate contracts and lead, mentor and foster a positive organisational culture will be essential to your success.
