The Role:
The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in driving reporting and analysis throughout the Group & providing insightful recommendations to facilitate better business decisions and & the achievement of financial targets.
Your strong analytical mindset and technical skills, coupled with a passion for continuous improvement and new technology, will play a key role in taking the finance function towards being world class.
The Responsibilities:
- Own monthly reporting with finance teams, delivering accurate, timely, and insightful analysis.
- Build financial models to track trends, variances, and key business drivers.
- Develop performance tracking tools, including risk analysis, benchmarking, and dashboards.
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting with data-driven insights.
- Improve financial reporting processes for efficiency and deeper analysis.
- Drive tech adoption for forecasting, reporting, and financial close improvements.
- Location: Attractive and convenient office location (Macquarie Park), with on-site parking available and close proximity to the Metro line
- Work Flexibility: Typically 3 days in the office and the remainder working from home.
- Salary: Up to $130,000 + super
