Position Description
The business is looking for someone to come in and hit the ground running to provide additional support across the accounts team for a period of 3-6 months.
You will be responsible for but not limited to the day-to-day finance operations which includes but is not limited to:
- Timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Setting up new accounts in the system
- Prepare weekly payment runs
- Allocating and receipting payments
- Daily banking
- Bank reconciliations
- Handle general queries from suppliers and customers
- Daily filing and archiving
- Other ad hoc duties to support the wider finance team as required
- Prior experience in a similar all round accounts role
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
