About the Role
This newly created Finance Manager role will play a pivotal role in overseeing the region's financial control and accounting responsibilities. This position is accountable for the accounting operations of the company, including statutory reporting, balance sheet management, cash flow management and taxation compliance. Reporting into an inspiring and down to earth Finance Director, this would be an excellent next step in your leadership journey.

The Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Finance Director, this role will focus on the following 
  • Own timely and accurate statutory reporting 
  • Taxation submissions (Company Tax, FBT, GST, and others)
  • Manage External Audit, Internal Audit, and CSA programs, related reporting packs, and compilation of Statutory Accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including submission of Balance Sheet reconciliations.
  • Review internal controls, prepare monthly compliance pack, and recommend/implement improvements to Finance and internal controls.
  • Own Balance Sheet, Cashflow, and Working Capital forecasting, planning, and analysis.
  • Responsible for Overhead budgeting, reporting, and analysis, ensuring Overhead cost targets are met.
  • Lead, develop, and engage a high-performing team
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • Qualified (CA/CPA/ACA) with a minimum of 7 years of Accounting/Financial Reporting experience, ideally within a Multi-National Company environment.
  • Hands-on experience in statutory and financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with external and internal audits.
  • Experience in preparing a variety of Taxation submissions (Company Tax, FBT, GST, and others).
  • Experience in maintaining a strong governance and internal control environment.
