Reporting into the Financial Controller, this position is responsible for financial reporting and planning, while driving strategic initiatives and process improvements.  Key requirements include:

• Collaborate closely with the finance team to devise and execute financial strategies;
• Supervise day-to-day operations within the finance department;
• Take charge of producing and delivering precise and punctual financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis;
• Ensure compliance with national accounting standards;
• Offer insightful financial analysis to facilitate strategic decision-making;
• Identify, initiate and deliver process improvements. 

You will be CA or CPA qualified, with excellent technical and strategical accounting skills. This role requires a leader with demonstrated people management experience, alongside a desire to drive improvement and growth.
