We are currently partnering with a rapidly growing and innovative organisation seeking an experienced Finance Director to step into a key leadership role on a 4–6 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an immediately available senior finance professional to make a significant impact while covering an extended leave period.
  
The Role
  
Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role will be instrumental in shaping financial strategy and ensuring business continuity. Key responsibilities include:

• Driving financial strategy to support business growth and profitability.
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Providing strategic insights and analysis to inform decision-making.
• Managing financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory obligations.
• Leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices.

  
About You
  
We are looking for a commercially minded and results-driven finance leader with:

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in senior finance leadership roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proven track record of driving financial performance.
• Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
