As they continue to grow and expand, there is an opportunity for a highly commercial finance leader to join the business as Finance Director.

Reporting directly to CEO and partnering closely with the leadership team, you will be responsible for providing financial and commercial support across the business. Leading a capable team, you will be an integral leader playing a key role in the development and execution of strategy. You will lead financial control, FP&A, commercial and operations finance and will produce timely and meaningful insights to support decision making. As a key part of commercial negotiations, you will ensure the business continues to achieve strategic pursuits in a sustainable manner whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction remain.

CA/CPA qualified, you are likely a proven commercial finance leader with demonstrated success leading, mentoring and developing high performing teams. You will have a strong technical understanding combined with demonstrated strategic and commercial awareness. You will have significant experience within a complex manufacturing or FMCG environment and will be a proactive and strategic leader who is equally adept at engaging and influencing at the executive level as you are with operations.
