Our client is a highly recognisable Retail business who has established a large presence internationally as well as being a dominant player in the Australian market. Working within a high calibre finance division, this presents as an excellent progression opportunity for an ambitious Finance Business Partner to be a part of the team. 
  
Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, your focus will be around the following:

• Partnering with key non-financial stakeholders (Sales, Marketing & Operations).
• Weekly KPI reporting to senior management with accompanying recommendations & analysis.
• Commercial analysis of financial information including Sales & Margin analysis. 
• Identifying and executing process improvement opportunities. 
• Involved with strategy and providing insights in order to improve business performance. 

Our client is looking to attract an ambitious analyst who has had experience working within a large retail/FMCG company. You will have excellent analytical capabilities and be a confident communicator who can engage with and influence non-financial stakeholders. Additionally, you will possess an ambitious attitude which allows you to work collaboratively within a high performing finance team.
