Key Responsibilities As the Executive Assistant, your primary focus will be to provide high-quality administrative support while fostering positivity and a can-do attitude.
Your key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the CEO’s diary, scheduling and arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements;
- Preparing and formatting documents, including proposals, marketing collateral, and tenders;
- Processing invoices, credit card expenses, and submitting claims and reimbursements;
- Drafting, preparing, and coordinating communications such as correspondence, reports, and presentations while monitoring correspondence to ensure timely responses;
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the broader support functions as needed.
To be considered for this position, you will have prior experience supporting a CEO or C-suite Executive in a similar role.
Additionally, you will demonstrate:
