Job Title: EA & HR Officer
Location: Chatswood, Sydney (1 day WFH on a Friday)
Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 weekdays (flexibility required based on work demands)
Reporting To: CFO, Sydney
About the Role We are looking for an organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors, while also playing a key part in shaping and executing HR practices for our Sydney office. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact on the business and work closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Assist the CEO, CFO, and Board with high-level administrative tasks, including preparing documentation, organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing expenses.
  • HR Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance, and provide HR advice and training to staff.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the Sydney office runs smoothly, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining staff well-being, and fostering positive workplace relations.
