The Digital Marketing Co-Ordinator, sitting within the Acquisition team, will assist in driving growth across the Australia and New Zealand websites, attributing to new customer acquisition and billings growth.
Responsibilities
- Owning the Multi-Channel Checklist process. This involves attending project meetings, updating channel owners of required audits or updates to their channel assets and ensuring compliance with the process from our channel marketing partners.
- Provide executional support of locally led initiatives such as offer updates, product launches and refreshes and new CMS campaign pages.
- Assisting with the content strategy across the website, working with agencies and local stakeholders to produce and implement new content.
- Ownership of the brief, validation and launch process for website updates.
- Reporting and analysis using platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Content Square to gather insights and inform potential optimisation across the site.
- Identifying design improvements onsite to improve the conversion rate of our website and ensure we continue to improve website user experience.
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar digital role (agency experience also beneficial)
- Strong attention to detail is a must to be successful in this role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manipulate and interpret data to derive conclusions and actionable insights
- An understanding of digital, websites and platform capability
