Role Responsibilities:
As the key Dentist, you will report to the Dental Manager and collaborate with a dynamic dental team to provide compassionate and expert care to patients, emphasising accessibility for all individuals, regardless of their financial situation.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality clinical services under the scope of publicly funded dental programs, as well as private services when required. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork and effective time management are essential in this position. Your dedication to continuous professional development will greatly benefit yourself, your colleagues, and your patients.
  
Your Work Will Include:
  • Implementing evidence-based clinical pathways, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Assessing and managing high-risk clients facing oral health challenges.
  • Providing emergency treatments, restorative care, and advanced dental procedures aligned with your expertise and scope of practice.
  
We’re Looking For:
  • A relevant qualification in Dentistry.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • A current Driver's Licence.
  • A valid Working with Children Check.
