We're seeking an experienced Demand Planner to manage demand and supply for a key Australian customer,  in a dynamic Privately owned Packaging manufacture. This is primarily remote role, with great exposure to senior/ c-suite leadership. Immediate availability required for a seamless transition.

Key Responsibilities:
Demand Planning:
  • Collaborate with sales teams, analyze sales data and trends to develop weekly demand forecasts.
  • Monitor daily sales, adjusting forecasts to meet fluctuations.
  • Contribute to the S&OP process with analysis, recommendations, and reporting.
  • Coordinate new product introductions, ensuring they integrate smoothly into the supply chain
Reporting & Analysis:  
  • Provide detailed demand and supply analysis to stakeholders.
  • Create and distribute weekly and monthly reports.
  • Offer data and insights for the S&OP process. 
 
 Experience we are looking for;

  • Strong background in demand and supply planning within the Food/FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
  • Experience with ERP systems and foundational forecasting tools. (SAP preferred) 
  • Comfortable managing discrepancies and pushing back on requests.
  • Participation in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
  • Familiarity with safety stock, MRP, and SKU volume management.
