About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Data Entry Administrator to provide administrative document support to their tight-knit team.
The ideal individual will have excellent data entry skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
HOURS ARE:
8:30am - 12pm Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
Reporting to the GM of Sales, your responsibilities will include;
- High volume data entry
- Customer Service - answering inbound calls
- Manage a timely and efficient data collection process
- Retrieving & manipulating documents
- Updating docs on internal database
- Manage and update spreadsheets
- Ad hoc duties as required
The following experience is essential to progress with this role:
- Prior data entry experience
- Experience working with Excel, Soho and BI is highly regarded
- Must be able to work 8:30am - 12pm Monday to Friday
- Excellent knowledge of data and document control processing tools
- Strong attention to detail and use of initiative
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage and prioritise a number of tasks at once
