As a Customer Service Representative, you will be accountable for managing all customer support inquiries in an efficient and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Liaise with customers via phone and email to address queries.
- Interact & engage with the wider customer service team.
- Facilitate customer service ticketing.
- Raising and invoicing orders.
- General logistics & administration duties.
To be a suitable candidate for this position, you will have proven experience in a similar customer service or sales support role, ideally within a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & problem-solving skills.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Friendly, positive, and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Results driven.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment and software.
