We’re looking for a friendly, down-to-earth Customer Experience Officer to join a close-knit team supporting iconic Aussie brands. You'll be the go-to for customer enquiries—helping mostly rural and farming customers with orders, tracking, and support. It’s a fast-paced, 100% in-office role perfect for someone from retail or office-based customer service who loves people, systems, and variety in their day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with care and efficiency
- Process and track orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
- Manage web-based sales, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with internal teams
- Maintain accurate records using Excel and AP21
- Support inventory tracking and assist in stock planning
- Perform general admin duties to keep the team running smoothly
- Contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive team environment
- Prior experience in customer service (retail or office-based)
- Friendly, patient, and empathetic communication style
- Confident with computer systems and Excel; knowledge of AP21 is a bonus
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- A team player who’s also a self-starter – happy to roll up your sleeves
- Comfortable working in a casual but professional environment
- Competitive salary package
- Work in a purpose-driven, Australian-owned business
- Warm and inclusive team culture
- Opportunity to represent heritage brands loved by regional and rural communities
- Smart casual dress code (tatts and individuality welcome!)
Our client is a proudly Aussie-owned business with deep roots in rural communities, backed by one of Australia’s most respected private groups. They’re all about quality gear, genuine service, and a supportive team culture where individuality is embraced, and every voice matters.
