About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, down-to-earth Customer Experience Officer to join a close-knit team supporting iconic Aussie brands. You'll be the go-to for customer enquiries—helping mostly rural and farming customers with orders, tracking, and support. It’s a fast-paced, 100% in-office role perfect for someone from retail or office-based customer service who loves people, systems, and variety in their day.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with care and efficiency
  • Process and track orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
  • Manage web-based sales, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records using Excel and AP21
  • Support inventory tracking and assist in stock planning
  • Perform general admin duties to keep the team running smoothly
  • Contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive team environment
Skills & Experience:
  • Prior experience in customer service (retail or office-based)
  • Friendly, patient, and empathetic communication style
  • Confident with computer systems and Excel; knowledge of AP21 is a bonus
  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills
  • A team player who’s also a self-starter – happy to roll up your sleeves
  • Comfortable working in a casual but professional environment
