Job Description:
Are you passionate about beauty and data-driven marketing? We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage our customer relationship management strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for creating personalized and targeted marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers, improve loyalty, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage CRM Campaigns: Plan, develop, and execute CRM strategies to nurture customer relationships and increase engagement, focusing on retention, loyalty, and reactivation.
  • Data Segmentation: Utilize customer data to segment audiences and create personalized marketing communications based on purchase behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages.
  • Email Marketing: Design, build, and manage email campaigns to promote new products, exclusive offers, and brand messaging, while ensuring high levels of engagement and deliverability.
  • Customer Insights: Analyze customer data and feedback to gain insights into buying patterns, preferences, and trends. Use this information to inform CRM strategies and optimize future campaigns.
  • Loyalty Programs: Oversee the management and optimization of loyalty programs, ensuring customers are rewarded and encouraged to remain brand advocates.
  • Cross-Channel Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints (email, SMS, app, etc.).
  • Campaign Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key CRM metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer retention. Use data to optimize and improve campaign performance.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable campaigns.
